Here she comes again

Like a long lost friend

You know she’ll only stay for a while

But you’re dying for her smile

So here she comes again

~

And you take her to your heart

Where her evil always starts

You know you’ll never keep her around

You can’t chain the wind to the ground

But here she comes again

~

Well you told me you’d break free someday

But I see you’re still wearing her chains

Too many lonely nights, too many sad goodbyes

Too much pain

~

Though you feel like you can stand

You’re a monument of sand

You know she’s only leading you on

You will never be the tune to her song

But here she comes again

~

And she leaves you like before

Close your eyes and close the door

All you know is that you lose at this game

You try to find some way to deal with the pain

Until she comes again

Until she comes again
